“Most of the letters that you will see were written just after people bought their houses, but I procrastinate so mine is being written six months after I bought mine. Which I think is good because I can tell you a little more about how well Brad and his company deal with their clients. Of course my first impression was a good one; he was not high pressure about showing the house to me before I found out if we could even get financed. Brad does not stop after the deal is signed, he looks out for you after you have bought your house. For instance we had neighbors that were going to buy the house behind us that had some fairly dangerous dogs; Brad had to turn them down for that particular house because he was concerned for the safety of my two toddlers and the children in the school next door to our house. I was very impressed by this because you know he is not just out to make fast buck, he actually cares about the people he sells to. And of course no one likes to admit that they have financial problems, but we have. And instead of being at my door every day threatening to evict us brad was very understanding and did his best to help us keep our house, which we have so far. My husband spent the better part of an hour with Brad as Brad went over the contract very thoroughly to make sure that he understood it, and was very patient about the fact that I kept coming in after catching my two boys and asking questions that he had already answered for Joe.
